I had eyelash extensions applied for the first time yesterday. Fi was marvellous. She did a sensitivity test a week before, explained the procedure thoroughly and went through the aftercare process in detail. The experience was pleasant and the results FANTASTIC! I have already booked my follow up appointment.

I had the most awful experience here. The lady first accused me of missing an appointment I had never made. After a lot of persistence by me she admitted she was wrong. She was then so rude to me when I arrived early for my appointment that i just left. Whilst indeed i had forgotten to take off my make up when i asked for advice on what to do, the lady practically told me to go away. So very rude in her approach from my first to last interaction. Unbelievably bad customer service.

I had a consultation with Fiaz and knew instantly from her honesty, knowledge and warmth that I wanted to book an appointment for my lashes. I booked my appointment immediately after my consultation, for a two hour Russian volume treatment. I am extremely happy with my lashes. I wanted a natural look that stands out, and I was so surprised at how lightweight my lashes felt. I have been having lashes for years but searching for someone who is knowledgeable about lash application, honest, and who takes the time needed to apply the lashes properly. Fiaz is a compassionate, kind and professional person, whom I instantly felt at ease with.

I love my lashes!!! I've been to a few different places before but I never was completely happy with the end result. i will never go any where else now after going here! Fiaz is so lovely and amazing at what she does. She tailors the eyelashes to suit you and takes time in understanding what look you want. My lashes are so soft full and fluffy couldn't be happier xx

I recently did the beginners lash extension training with the Lash and Brow company. Fiaz my trainer and mentor was amazing. It was one on one which is hard to find when it comes to lash extension training. It was a whole 2 days of training over 2 weeks. I was given a manual and a starter kit with all the tools and tips that I needed to start practicing!
Fiaz was phenomenal honestly she was so good at making me comfortable and built my confidence she was very thorough with explaining how to apply the extensions correctly so not to damage the clients natural lashes. She was patient while I was working on my model and super helpful with any questions that I had and helped with techniques that have worked for her. The support after the course was amazing as she was always willing to answer any questions and was pushing me to know my progress of your lash extension practice. Would 100% recommend to anybody wanting to learn how to apply lash extensions professionally, correctly and safe!
