Having been a loyal customer since the shop opened and even being persuaded to return when Bav left I was very disappointed to be charged for a non arrival for a pedicure and manicure which I was unaware I had booked . If however I had booked this and somehow, out of character, I had missed it, I wold have thought that a little bit of loyalty could have been shown on Beena's side too. As I live in Beaconsfield I  have recommended  many friends and buy my Dermalogica things from her  -  no more I regret to say. Sorry to have to post this  Becky as you are an excellent manicurist but loyalty on both sides, I thought, was so important these days when there are so may other nail bars around.

I have used this clinic regularly for waxing and pedicures for many years. The clinic is well managed, and all the staff are friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend it.
