I had a body wrap and while they are well organised in terms of booking system and the girls are pretty nice, my experience was not great. The room was small and claustrophobic, with no air con, so much I asked to keep the door slightly open. I found the room had dirty walls and leftover wax on the trolley. The blanket used put me off too.The lady who wrapped me up did a partial wrap, only upper arms, thighs, stomach. She explained those were the areas for water retention. A very light and minimal scrub first and then a few drops of oil. Again the lady told me, that’s the procedure. I am not sure I will come back, definitely not for this treatment.

Delighted with the service from Kim today at L&S Bourne End.  Easily the best technician I have ever had in my 30+ years of salon visits! Salon is relaxing and smells delicious!  The B.E. team could not be more helpful.  Highly recommended to everyone.

Amazing service from the girls in this salon, have had many treatments here and could not fault any of them. Friendly, caring and professional staff that cannot do enough for you! The manager Amber is amazing and goes out of her way to make sure her clients have the best possible experience. 5 stars all round!!

This is a great salon, very professional and the girls could not be more helpful.  They use top quality brands and  I have had regular treatments there for the last 10 years.  Kim is far and away the best  technician I have ever had in 30 years of salon treatment.   I would highly recommend and would not go anywhere else.   5 stars for quality,  service and care.

Love Lavender and Stone at Bourne End!  Have had many treatments there over the years and am now enjoying Reflexology with Sarah.  All the beauticians very professional and knowledgeable. The salon is welcoming and very relaxing with lots of treatments on offer.  Looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been going to Lavender and Stone in Bourne End for 6 years, always having a great experience. For 4 out of the 6 years Kim has been doing my treatments and she always puts me at ease and it’s like catching up with a friend when I go. Having had a range of treatments, I can really recommend this salon.

I purchased a voucher from this salon for my mums birthday, she has recently used it for a treatment. She loved every minute of it and has even re-booked. She couldn't praise the staff enough. I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend on mums behalf.

I recently had an LVL treatment here and left the salon with beautiful lashes! The staff were really friendly and made me feel completely comfortable whilst having my treatment. I would definitely recommend this salon to friends and family and on a plus - it's also a pretty little salon!

The quality of the facial was lovely and very relaxing, however when I went to book the next one it was discovered that the "wrong" facial had been done. This was meant to be a more expensive one and after some discussion it was decided to honour the offer I had paid for. It was slightly embarrassing, especially in front of other clients. However for the treatments I'd give 5 stars
