I had been suffering with a long term back problem and never thought of getting it looked at and always tried to put up with it. That was until recently my back went again and i decided to get an expert to look at it.I was in great pain and within 2 visits with john my back felt so much better. John also gave me great advise to help my back problem and i shall be visiting again for routine visit to ensure my back does not cause me problems again.

I occasionally suffer from back spasms that put me out of action for a day perhaps once a year. The last time it happened John Lancaster treated all the stiff muscles and stuck vertebrae and it helped a lot. He also suggested a 'back MOT' - a once a month session to keep my back supple. Now I also suffer from regular neck ache from working on computers and reading all day long and evenings. I have taken John up with his offer and not only have I not had a back spasm since, but my neck aches are now a thing of the past. I thank John for making me 'back aware' and keeping this 60 year old in good working order.

After I hurt my leg in a sports injury and could not walk very good my friend give me your number so I come a long for some treatment even after the first visit it was much better to walk on and after 3 treatments a was back football training.

Thanks again John for the recent MOT on my back.  Since coming to you for treatment and the follow up support, my back problems have improved significantly so much so that I have had not pain for over 2 months!  Your advice regarding exercise and posture has also been valuable.

I have been to see John a couple of times, once with a shoulder I had injured playing rugby and another time when I had a long term issue with a painful heel. He is always very professional, clearly knows his stuff, and sorted out the problems both times. I would highly recommend him.
