I first attended the Hertfordshire Sports Clinic for the Osteopathy services, around three years ago when my health issue were at their peak. I was not only aided in managing my symptoms but also in preventative techniques. I learned so much about how my body works and was finally able to get a full nights sleep! (Yep, seriously :-D ) I have continued to use the clinic because the service provided by all the staff is highly professional and also very friendly. I've since tried some of the other services available there; such as the Physiotherapy service and have recommended these to many of my friends. Hannah, Rob, Sav, Ollie and Angelina, have been an absolute blessing in aiding me with resuming and managing my normal activities. I can't thank them enough.

During training for a half marathon I managed to cause myself an injury. Upon meeting with Hannah at Osteopathy First - I discovered that I had in fact been running in the wrong shoes - after getting mine from the London Marathon Store! Hannah help me on the road to recovery. She is very knowledgable. Within only a few sessions my injury recovered and I was back running again (in the correct running shoes) after following Hannah's very helpful gym instructions. I ran my personal best in that half marathon. I whole heartily recommend this clinic. Thanks again to Hannah and everyone at Osteopathy First!

I have been a patient of Hannah and Rob at Osteopathy First for a number of years. Their knowledge, treatment and aftercare are second to none. I personally suffer with back problems and have found that having orthotics fitted really helped. Due to the line of work I do I have to have regular treatment on my back. Would highly recommend.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hannah as an osteopath - she is outstanding! Not only does she have wonderful healing hands & offer great professional advice but she is also one of the nicest ladies I have ever met & has an amazing ability to empathise.

I have been going to Osteopathy First since it opened years ago and have found that my issues are always dealt with sensitively and professionally. The treatment I have received from Hannah and her team has been fantastic and I frequently recommend this practice. The after care advice allows you to continue feeling the benefits of the treatment till your next appointment and should you have any questions, the team are always on hand to help where they can! Fantastic!
