I had a very severe stroke at the end of 2019 which left me paralysed down my right side. Physio4you came recommended by one of their current clients, after an initial assessment, an exercise programme was designed for my needs. This has helped me tremendously and I can now shuffle off the bed and stand with minimal assistance. I have regular physio once a week which will be on going and I can’t thank Sarah and Sara enough for helping me improve my situation in a professional but friendly fun way.
I have worked with James with a number of clients who have sustained catastrophic injuries. James has provided valuable input to each client. His contributions have undoubtedly promoted their quality of life, mobility and functioning. James is able to apply his skills and knowledge to promote the optimum outcomes for his clients. Worked with James for my father's rehabilitation following a sudden and severe stroke. James dealt with any situation with upmost professionalism, whilst being fun and friendly. Over the 12 months of physio the progress has been incredible bringing me to tears occasionally! and James has adapted to suit the changing needs of my dad. Through both home sessions and sessions within our local gym my Dad went from strength to strength and I cannot thank him enough. Thank you James, giving my dad a better future than we once thought wouldn't be possible.
My Daughter Levi has been working with Rachel at Physio4You now for over a year after suffering a severe brain trauma in 2017 which left her with multiple injuries and she has had to learn to do everything again. The main focus now is getting her back to walking independently. During the time she has been working with Rachel the results have been very promising and we are now at the stage where she is walking very short distances with the use of a walking stick. We have found that Physio4You have a very structured approach which has served to put my Daughter at ease and she has complete faith and confidence in Rachel and has formed a close and trusting bond. We are sure that with increased intensity levels that Levi will ultimately walk again. Our experience has been and continues to be a good one and we would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Physio4You.
Absolutely amazing. My partner see’s James at Physio4U on a weekly basis to help with his rehabilitation after having a stroke 5 months ago which left him with severe right hand side weakness. After leaving inpatient care with the NHS we were unsure as to how to maximise his chances of a good physical recovery and we are so pleased we found Physio4U to help. We have seen massive improvements in both my partners mobility and in upper limb movement which he had absolutely none of a few months ago. Every session we have is tailored so well to my partners individual needs and he always leaves feeling positive and looking forward to the week ahead. We have a great at home excersise plan that James has helped us devise to keep us on track between sessions and the use of specialist equipment on loan to us at home which is so helpful in maximimising recovery. We cannot reccommend Physio4U highly enough, friendly, professional and obviously top of their game.

Physio4You have been working with a close family member for over a year now and the results have been outstanding. I find them to be very in tune with the needs of the client and will encourage the maximum from the client but in a very understanding and compfortable way. I find them extreamly professional and respectful towards my famiy member and are always thinking outside the box to maximise potential both physically and mentally, targeting and utilising exercise that are not only needed but are of interest this keeps the level of engagement high. Aswell as maximising an effective, compfortable and realistic work load, Physio4You also recognise on a session by session basis when the client has not got a high level of energy which is not offten as the client really likes the sessions, so will adjust to a more relaxing routine so as the client still receives a high level of achievement in the area most needed at that time. My family and I find the imput from Physoi4You has made a huge positive impact on our family member both physically and mentally. Over a good number of years and several physiotherapists later, they are the best we have used.
I've been working with James to help me regain mobility in the right side of my body for the last 2 years after a burst aneurysm and stroke in 2015. They are brilliant and are very understanding of your needs and difficulties. I'm so glad I found them.
I cannot recommend James or Sarah enough. Both are part of a multidisciplinary team that have assisted and maintained mobilty and goal planning after a traumatic brain injury. Totally proffessional in approach but with the key human factor. Would highly recommend.
