The lady that answered the phone. Wasn't very helpful and rude. She wasn't interested in i was saying and didn't act in a professional manner for hur job. I recorded my call an the lady because of hur lack of professionalism when i called back tried to put word in my mouth. I think this practice needs to send some of there staffon a customer service course....
One star rating is too high with the exception of the nurses who are excellent being both caring and attentive. We agree with all the sentiments expressed by your existing reviewers. My wife took a step above complaining and met with the latest office manager to try to resolve problems with a gp and got shot down for her efforts. She was told that to stay in the practice she must see a psychiatrist. Considering the discontent expressed here she shouldn't have had to take this on alone.
Used ask my GP for first time on Wednesday, filled it in with my husbands symptoms which were extremely worrying and sent it at 8.10. I unfortunately ticked the option of letting someone withn 3 days. Phoned back on Thursday, spoke to person who said she would move it to the urgent list. Friday 5.00 still no call so phoned them,sat for 30 minutes in queue only for a very unhelpful woman to tell me they had 3 days to deal with it and Wednesday didn't count as despite the it at 8.10 I was speechless. Told unhelpful woman if my husband deteriorated they would be partly responsible she quite clearly wasn't interested
Very rude and unhelpful reception, impossible to get a gp appointment, you’ll wake weeks for filling prescriptions. Also, one of the receptionists, while I was trying to get info of who to contact for my Covid vaccine while pregnant, told me that I shouldn’t get one??? Which was wrong information and also, why is the receptionist giving me serious unasked for medical advice on the phone? At worst she should’ve just said they don’t know anything about it, not that I shouldn’t get one. I eventually managed to get the correct info by calling nhs 24. Shameful.
Worst GP I've ever had to deal with. Good luck getting a repeat prescription, or getting anyone over the phone for an appointment. Was on hold for 2.5 hours for my queue position to move from 14 to 12. Staff are very unhelpful and usually just shrug their shoulders when asked anything.
