The Doctor is knowledgeable, skilled and happy to talk tech. Fast and affordable. Be aware, website still says He does pickups in the East Kilbride area, this is no longer the case. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Really good service. Quick and great value for money. Was very informative on what needed done without using confusing jargon. Would highly recommend.
Broken screen on apple watch. Told repair would take 3-5 days. Asked several times what was happening and told the watch was repaired but final adjustments were needed. He had the watch for 5 weeks and eventually gave me it back with no repair having been done. Never given any updates other than that it was repaired. Seems now this was not true. Terrible service, actually no service provided at all.
Great service here fixed my phone in under a hour and very reasonable price would recommend gadget doctor for all to use for phone repairs
Gadget Doctor now under new management Allan. Assistance to repair my desk top PC was terrific and I thoroughly recommend this company.
So helpful and friendly. Ian arranged a replacement PC Tower and managed to retrieve files from my old tower so all I had to do was plug in and go. I really appreciated all the help given to me because none of this tech stuff comes easy to a Senior Surfer - I don't know a gigabyte from a ram and as for memory? - could do with some of that myself! Can highly recommend this company.

I knew I was in safe hands from the get-go to completion. Great service, quality and a quick turnaround when its really needed! Highly recommend!
Awful service, AVOID. Phone is worse now than when I took it in!! Poor quality screens and dodgy repairs! Used this company as it was the cheapest, now I know why! Went for a screen repair, there was a slight crack which had stopped part of the screen from working. They 'fixed' it, and I had to take it back the next day because they had done it wrong, they 'fixed' it again and had then broken the sensor. I then threw it on to a mattress and the screen shattered which they refused to then repair-even though they had given me back a faulty phone with a poor quality screen that can completely shatter on a mattress. As I said, my phone is in far worse condition now than when I originally took it in! I have now been to another company who confirmed what I thought, the screen installed was extremely poor quality and had been fitted very poorly so it was being strained, causing it to shatter the way it did. Company refused to fix or refund, these are frauds and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone! After being called a liar and receiving extremely rude service as well as them attempting to lie to me-this company is a joke.
