In those days the practice was mainly involved in treating horses and farm livestock, and in fact the buildings that stabled the vet’s horses that were used on their rounds of calls are still in use by the practice today.The Kingston Veterinary group has a wide client base of small animal, farm and equine clients in both Somerset and Dorset. Since I first enlisted the care and attention this veterinary process gives is phenomenal. They took fantastic care of my mums dog and handled her with care and sensitivity. Unfortunately, my mums dog Roma had to be laid to rest and The Kingston Veterinary helped her to rest. After a couple of weeks they even sent my mum a sympathy card and some plant seeds so that roma could live on through the life of the earth and have a beautiful remembrance. Thank you very much Kingston Veterinary for all your support and expertise - mentally and physically.
I can not fault them, care for my pet was second to none. Sadly my cat died, but a few days later I received a sympathy card & some seeds to plant in his memory. Consultations are never rushed, you are always listened to, I can not recommend them enough.

As a pet owner I sought a friendly safe local and caring veterinary practice, with vetrinarians that you can come to know and they you and your animals, and I believe I have managed that all with Kingston vets of Sherborne. They are pleasant kind courteous and always happy to help and place you and your animal at ease, they will discuss with you options how things will be done, and what to expect after, though if you still aren't sure or need something repeated never be afraid to ask questions, re cost, dressing recovery, what type of injections they are giving, itemised billing, assistance with help with insurance claims, they really are brilliant for my pets needs, and easy to speak to. Its a safe warm environment with a warm welcoming but it also considers your needs even at that time in life where you put your pets overall need in life their final moments behind closed door for your to be with and begin your mourn as those in reception a quietness falls as a candle is lit to advise clients for there considerations. This practise encompasses all my pets needs and I am very grateful.
It was time to send my Harvey to doggie heaven they so wonderfully kind and looked after me and Harvey well and made deeply upsetting time just about manable then a few days later I got a card with a lovely verse and a packet of seeds to plant in his memory.Cant thank them enough would recommend them to everyone that loves there animals like family
Always helpful, professional and pragmatic. Have complete faith in the vets. Kingston has been looking after our horses for the last 4 years.
The team are a credit to the practice.they make you and your pet feel at ease, especially putting an epileptic dog under anaesthetic for the first time.i would I have recommend them to friends.
