Been using Newton Clarke for about 2 years now and they’ve always been exceptional. Each and every member of the team from the receptionists through nurses up to the vets themselves clearly love what they do and provide service above and beyond what anyone could expect. They’re focused on the care and welfare of animals not the money like others I could name! and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Emily what a lovely lady. Missy loved her too which was unusual as she didn't like people too close most of the time. At such a sad and heartbreaking time for us and missy, Emily was so lovely. Explained everything from start to finish until missy finally fell asleep
We recently transferred our two dogs to this vet as we weren’t happy with the practice we had been using in Martock. This practice is a welcome change! Vet was fantastic with our dog and it was evident that our dog liked her as she wasn’t bothered by the examination of her eye. The communications is really good and they have been really thorough in explaining to us what the problem might be, the biopsy results and possible next steps. Really glad we switched and would definitely recommend this independent practice.
