Straight forward no nonsense food off the menu. Cajun chicken very nice. Good portions, tasty, timely to table. Friendly staff and of course allow dogs. Beer garden in the summer. What's not to like?

Had a really friendly welcome at this establishment and nothing was too much trouble. The food menu was varied and the food we had was very well cooked and presented. I would recommend a visit to the Kings Arms to anyone.

Great friendly pub serving good home cooked food, varied choice of ales and gins...very lovely pub alround will go back for sure

We eat here most Sundays, that say's it all really. Excellent roasts, great value for money, very accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Lovely historic pub, unmessed with - the lounge bar is quite small but was full of punters on a Friday eve. It was pretty lively, we walked in just before the meat draw. All the customers seemed to know each other, but we were made welcome, even with two (well-behaved) kids. Also good ales and beer garden. If you're looking for traditional pub atmosphere just like in the 'old days', you can't go far wrong here. "DEREK?!"
