Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I attend regularly for meditation and reiki. I have attended many workshops and gong baths which have all been amazing. I highly recommend the Ki Retreat.

I can highly recommend Kristy, very gifted and puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. I've also attended some of her workshops, which have been equally amazing!

Kristy is very professional and always full of knowledge! I always feel at ease and extremely calm after treatments. Kristy has helped me so much-thank you! I would highly recommend 😊

I had never had Reiki before seeing Kristy.  I had been suffering with work related stress, this led to a few different health problems.  From the initial consultation i felt at ease.  I didn't know what to expect, however Kristy explained everything.  During the treatment i felt blissfully relaxed.  I can't remember how long it has been since i felt that.  I was amazed to feel the heat coming off Kristy's hands, I think i fell asleep at one point.

I have so far had two sessions, I already feel as though i am able to cope more, I had the first full nights sleep in over a year and my palpitations have stopped.

Highly recommended
