I had booked for 1 hr appointment on 01-Jun from 6.30-7.30 pm. Below is the review: Pros: 1. Friendly and welcoming staff. Helps you keep relaxed by talking through the massage. 2. The masseuse Ria was nice and had great hands. The entire massage was relaxing and helped relieve the pain I had a little bit. Cons: 1. They accept cash only. No cards. 2. Even after booking and paying £35 for an hour upfront, the massage actually ended up only for 40 mins started around 6.40 pm after undressing and till 7.20 pm. That's a straightaway rip off! Even after asking the masseuse about it, she just laughed it off! 3. As shown in the image about their policies, mentioning it to be a professional service and no sexual services, towards the end of the massage around 7.15 pm, I was asked by Ria if I wanted a "happy ending" for an extra £20. When I declined citing I didn't have the cash on me, she asked me to sit straight up, did a little of back for 2 mins and said it's done well before the time, since I wasn't willing to spend extra £20!!! This is completely unprofessional! On the whole, I wouldn't recommend this unless you're okay with getting ripped off.
I booked this place for a deep tissue massage for my husband after reading positive reviews, after his first 1hr massage back in February he said it was a great massage, the place was clean, so he rebooked for an 1hr deep tissue again in March on a Saturday afternoon at 4.30pm after 30mins into his massage the lady said to my husband, she was tired, they’ve had a busy day and was she wasn’t carrying on! But then she went on to ask “if he wanted to open his self ” to which my husband reply NO…. Clearly he won’t be re- booking!!!
I noticed how modern, bright and clean the place was when I walked in, and was greeted with friendly smiles and hello's from two of the ladies who worked there. I was shown to a very pleasant, cosy litlle room with one of those wonderful beds with the gap for your face. The therapist made me feel very at ease, and gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. The atmosphere created by the gentle music, soft lighting and the wonderful massaure was a near instant transportation to heaven, which for the really low prices was money well spent. I've visited a few times now and must say all the girls are excellent massaures without exception. Thanks ladies.
Went recently with a damaged calf muscle I found the staff to be 1st class and very professional going slightly over time without complaint calf much better since massage I won't hesitate to go again and would highly recommend to others thanks again.
Lovely warm and friendly staff. Good massage firm when needed, helped with my back and shoulder problems, shower available, highly recommended.
Had an excellent head, foot and body massage this morning at the last minute. The masseuse was great and I left feeling very relaxed! I would recommend it.
Was okay, but I think is not really genuine massage...felt like £30 was way too much for the service they offered. Staff did not speak English in a very comprehensively
