A very good massage from a therapist that I believe is called Emma or Ella. I apologise if I have got her name wrong. Very professional and no inappropriate touches. Firm amount of pressure in the right areas was certainly provided and it certainly didn’t feel rushed. Rooms was small, but you can’t have everything. Thank you
Very bad bad bad customer service!!! I called today and booked but came late. Instead of saying sorry we cant see you, a rude woman with limited English just kept saying no, we busy. I then asked if I could wait but she closed the door in my face!!! She could see it was a struggle to get up on the steps as I had 2 crutches and she said didnt want people like me!!!! Shocking!!!Im surprised someone with no skills is running this place, but it wont be open for long with that attitude anyway. AVOID AT CALL COSTS!! Especially if you are like me.
Been trying to find an appointment for the last 2 months every time I call I was told they’re fully booked! And when I finally got an appointment today at 2 pm and been walking for 30 mins to get to my appointment they told me at the spot they cannot do deep tissue massage!! Both of the masseuses Ruby and Maisa said they have bad wrists and cannot do deep tissue massage! They could have told me on the phone and saved me the trip but apparently a customer asking for deep tissue massage didn’t occur to them! What a shame! This place was really good before! Seems like they have limited massage options and time slots now!

I suffer with chronic upper and lower back, neck, hip and leg pain. I had a one hour deep Thai massage off Nisa today and it was AMAZING. Specifies and Tailors the massage to your exact needs and pain. Left feeling totally de stressed and in much less pain from knots, tension and tightness. Cannot recommend the service enough. Worth every penny and such welcoming nice staff
I've ongoing issues with neck and back stiffness/pain. I just had an hour long deep tissue massage at Chenya in Salford. The masseuse was knowledgeable and obviously qualified. I've been to clinics that deal with sports injuries and have paid a lot. The masseuse at Chenya was much better and at a considerably lower price. £35 for the hour is a real bargain. I'm a bit sore and tender, but a lot looser after just one session. Highly recommended.
Small and dirty place. Walls full of stains and no changing room. I came to relax but I left with neck pain from that table. Would not recommend it even if is cheap.
Loved this place. Smelt beautiful. Rooms were tiny, but all that you needed. Massage was glorious, although she avoided my feet entirely! not sure if that was intentional!!. Friendly staff, Good value for money
