I had the best massage given by Yasmin I think her name was. She was exceptionally skilled and I've been thinking about it for weeks since I had it. She was a delightful person with a very kind, calm, and focused on giving the best experience in the treatment. I can't recommend having a massage with her there enough. The spa itself has been having some works done, so i've still not managed to enjoy that aspect of it, but I hope to soon. It's a beautiful building and quality, calming and serene spa interior from what I experienced. I even came away with some lovely mini trial products which I enjoyed in the treatment. Yasmin will go a long way and I hope to come back for another lovely treatment, spa experience and maybe to enjoy a meal in the beautiful restaurant.
We attended a special Tudor watch evening event here a couple of weeks ago... and it was tremendous. The bar and cocktail area was lovely and the staff made us very welcome. Austen's the jewellers had arranged the event and also presented two Tudor themed cocktails for us to sample on our arrival. After chilling near the bar area for a while, we moved into the actual presentations rooms which were decked out in Tudor branding and a magician and VR experience laid on. The watches on display were amazing and the food was delicious. We left after a couple of hours we happy after having had a most enjoyable evening. Thank you, we will return.
Imagine arriving and finding out your booking is at the wrong hotel, well this happened to me, but John on the front desk went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me. John was incredible, he saw I was stressed and put me at ease and even arranged a beautiful upgrade for my nights stay. John is an asset to the business, what a wonderful human being and thank you to Chichester harbour hotel for my private cottage
We had a lovely one night stay, for which we got upgraded from a standard double to a superior double, free of charge with complimentary Gin and Sherry. We had chosen breakfast included which was nice and which could have been brough to our room upon demand. We would definitely come again at a time where the spa is opened.
Great hotel. Great breakfast. The price? Don’t know work paid! Right in the middle of town and has parking at the rear. Rooms are huge and so are the twenty pillows you get on your beds.
Great local wedding venue for an in demand local wedding photographer. Nice bar and restaurant and helpful staff was my experience whilst attending to photograph the wedding of Christine and Tony today. A fab time was had by all, myself included.Rooms: 5/5
A real gem of a hotel, so conveniently situated for exploring both Chichester and surrounding countryside. Hotel full of character, excellent friendly staff, lovely rooms, facilities and excellent food and service. We are going again in SpringRooms: 5/5
Being a local in Chichester, the ship restaurant has always been our favourite for years… unfortunately we were really let down by the Christmas lunch which we did really look forward to. The Turkey which was my husband’s main was awful. Tiny piece of Turkey, badly presented, looked like someone’s left over tasted so dry and chewy. Really disappointing… I wish they would have done it properly instead of calling it “Christmas lunch” and letting customers who have really been looking forward to it down.
First impression were very nice, and the girl who took care of us at the reception were very friendly and nice. After a day out in the town watching around, we came back a bit later in the evening. There was a party at first floor, and that was ok at the entrence, but when we came in to our room, it was like the PA system was IN our room. We contacted the reception, and they told us they will be going on for about 3 more hours. So ok, we went back up to the room, and the heater did not work in it. Woke up next morning, freezing cold, it was even some kind of water leakage in the roof just above my wifes bedside. We told the reception, and the first thing he told us was that we are going to get another room, and they will fix our bags etc. Sometimes things happen, but, this younger receptionist were outstanding in his handling and taking care of us, the guests. So all in all, it was a very nice stay, and we wanna go back soon again, and hopefully with a better first nights sleep. Cheers and I recommend!
I attended the back room for a funeral wake. All was satisfactory except that the highly polished front steps from North Street were wet from rain and dangerously slippery. Take care of you arriveor leave on a wet day!Location: 5/5
