I will never visit again despite coming here for the last 10 years as a local. Legal and general be ashamed! You cannot shop for longer than 4 hours which when pregnant and wanting to stop for lunch in Costa with a friend to break up our shopping trip is quite easy to creep over the 4 hours. I had no idea they had changed the parking rules or no way would we have planned a new baby shopping spree here!! Tiny piddly signs with small print easily missed.  £60 fine and of you dare to contest it it's £100! Absolutely unfair and I will vote with my feet. No Christmas and birthday shopping, no general shopping, no pet shopping, no clothes shopping there. I used to buy so much here because it was convenient! I will shop online in future! Oh and it says on legal and general website the car park is free ..this is a lie!!! Totally ruined what should have been a lovely celebratory occasion. Thanks a bunch UKPC and Legal and General the site landlord for your newly introduced shoppers tax!

Plenty of parking if you include the retail car parks. And also shopping after some food. Inside was very busy with waiting time longer than usual.

Not a lot of shops now with various closing over the years. Only go during the week as traffic can get really snarled up when busy at the weekend. It's a bit better now with the second entrance but still only one road out towards Bedford

A good variety of shops. Large next store. Eating places: costa, macdonalds, cafe upstairs in next. Went on a Friday. Very busy but still some parking spaces. Will go again.

Will never visit it again as not clear information of free parking hours therefore got parking ticket. How is it possible that other car parks have limit of hours clear and visible and here there is nothing?!  Hate hidden unfair fees. After nice day of shopping this is what you can get so better be aware of this scam!

Free parking here for upto three hours. Can get busy here. The range of shops here is changing, but there are several clothes shops to look in here including Next, Matalan and TK Maxx.

Currently loving the Home Bargain Store. There's a lot of products to choose from at vert competitive prices. Also the Next store is lovely place to shop!

Many big chain shops. Lots of variety. I went for Poundland. Found everything I wanted. Free parking. Eat and shop. Shopaholics ideal place.

Good selection of shops ample free parking places you can buy food no toilets except in the takeaway place's

The retail park consists of several well known stores such as Matalan, Dunelm, Sports Direct, TK Maxx etc.  The park provides good options for shopping at some favourite stores with one stop.
