Just had a very rude phone call from an employee, I had decided to stay with my original life insurance company and not go with them and because I didn’t have a clear reason as to why he put the phone down on me. So I am glad I stuck with my original decision.

Do not under any circumstances have anything to do with this company apart from the fact that they are more expensive than most others. Its the constant phone calls asking if everything is ok and then trying to sell you more policies while you are with them. They continue to harass you when you leave. This month alone i have received 5 phonecalls so far even though i had to block their number because I have asked numerous times for them to remove my details from the system and stop ringing me. They say they will and never bother their arse to do it. So the phone calls keep coming. I have to resort to leaving this review in a hope that they stop.

I'd have given no stars if that was possible. Paid insurance for 2 years only to realise the company we had been paying contract their clients out to sub par companies. If I had known earlier I would've avoided at all costs. Waste of money for 2 years at £25 per month.

Very happy with my home insurance. My home insurance went up this year and st&r got me a better deal. Really happy
