Tried getting through on the phone couldn't get through emailed a lady I've delt with previously and my enquiry was delt within the hour big
Good value for money, and you can pay monthly if required. The cover seems good, but as I have never had to claim, I can't comment on that part of the process.
I spoke with Mark and must say that the customer service provided was exceptional, I am equally impressed with the online service available. Although it had previously been difficult to find the correct liability cover when searching with other companies, it was easy to find the correct cover with Gleaming Insurance. The online service was simple to use and self explanatory, highly recommended service and business model providing public liability and employers liability insurance specifically for cleaning companies. Thank you for making life that little easier :
My cleaners damaged a piece of furniture. I went through all the correct procedures only to be told that they wouldn't accept liability and that the matter was closed. Appalling and dishonest. I was only claiming for around £70 too.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
