Came across the Injury Clinic around a month ago after struggling with a shoulder pain for months! Leila helped me recover from it very quickly and I really enjoyed our chats during the massage sessions.
I came across The Injury Clinic through a recommendation of a friend who is a patient there. I had a few issues - elbows, shoulder, knees - and I was lucky enough get an appointment with Alison. The sessions with her were a game changer. She not only helped release the injuries, but went deep into the history of why I was getting them, and she made me aware of my own needs and weaknesses, and together we were able to devise workouts that suited me, which I could then apply to all the classes I was taking at my local gym. Alison is a very knowledgeable professional, with an extensive cross-disciplinary experience, and I am very satisfied with the results achieved. I now understand so much more my own body, and I can prevent further injuries by using the simple protection measurements she helped me design. I highly recommend the Injury Clinic, it was really worth it for me.
Carly managed to fix the issues causing my very painful knee within only a few sessions. She identified a few issues that were causing it and quickly came up with a treatment plan to fix it, a combination of sports massage and exercises at home has fixed my knee and I'm now without pain. Highly recommend!
Had a sports massage with Alison today. Was made to feel at ease right from the start. Alison talked through my current injuries and gave great advice as well as an excellent massage. Already booked for a follow up.
