Story

The physiotherapy clinic is open to offer physiotherapy assessments and treatments following on from injuries, specific sporting problems, or just plain aches and pains!

Our Physiotherapist will assess your problem, with a detailed medical history to ensure the best approach to recovery is taken.
Treatment may involve teaching you an exercise programme to integrate into your daily routine, advising you on posture correction, or exercise technique correction, using mobilization of joints to aid with alignment and using soft tissue manipulations in order to restore optimal movement patterns.

There is also the opportunity to have sports massage therapy treatments in the clinic as our Physiotherapist is additionally qualified as a sports massage therapist. (ITEC Level 3 Qualification held)

Prices:
Treatments are an hour long and are charged at £50

We are flexible, and can easily work around you to vary treatment length i.e. 30 minutes, or 90 minutes by request, and prices will reflect this.

Home visits can be made, and prices are on request - please note we will need to factor in travel time and parking.

All services are covered by the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and by the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) with full insurance. This ensures you are receiving treatment from a qualified and certified professional physiotherapist.

Since 2008 I have attended regular massages sessions with Sophie to alleviate the constant tension I get in my shoulders as an office worker. After returning back to regular exercise a couple of years ago she was able to identify and address new tension built up from long distance running to improve the quality and longevity of my runs. Conveniently based in Harolds Wood and Canary Wharf, and offering 'out of office hours' massages makes it perfect for me to attend! Great value too for such an experienced physio. Sarah

I first started seeing Sophie about 2 years ago due to weakness in my knee and hamstrings. Since then I have been able to strengthen both and compete in various different races injury free. This ranges from a local 10k race right up to Ironman Triathlon. I now make sure I have a regular sports massage once a month with her and this now forms a fundamental part of my training. She is quick to identify and treat any slight tightness or issues I have. Sometimes without me even identifying or noticing them myself. It's this attention to detail and professionalism that makes me always go to her rather than anyone else. Jon.

I first received physiotherapy from Sophie about 3 years ago in relation to arthritis problems I was having, which helped a lot. I have continued to see Sophie periodically for various aches and pains. She has educated me on how to help manage these issues. I have always found Sophie to be very professional with a caring and cheerful nature. Home visits are an added bonus for me. Keep up the good work! Barry

I had an excellent massage with Sophie to help with a neck/shoulder problem and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a physio. Very approachable and professional, I'd definitely come back for any future treatment.
