Been coming to this physio centre for a long while and always have my sessions with Donna. Her experience and knowledge is top class and I can't thank her enough for all the help and knowledge she has given me. She is a top professional and always makes you feel welcome. I went from struggling to walk and sit to going back to my day to day life. Thank you for all your help and support.
Referred to Donna for pain in right knee, affecting running, playing football and walking up stairs. Very thorough assessment and identification of underlying issue. Pressure on knee joints caused by very stiff leg muscles, due to lack of stretching. Program of stretching exercises provided, and pain gone in under a month, back running and playing football now, with no pain. Also given exercises for lower back muscle issues. Feeling a lot better on that front as well. However; life of stretching ahead, which we should all be doing anyway. Donna was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get on with; would highly recommend.
Over the last few months I have been attending the David Lloyd Centre in Gidea Park under the care of Donna Jackson. Donna has provided me with both physiotherapy & clear helpful advice on our to manage my symptoms. I have no hesitation in recommending both Response & Donna Jackson.
I was referred to Donna Jackson at Response physiotherapy after I injured my shoulder following a fall. I didn’t think I would be able to move it properly again however with Donnas expertise I now have full movement in my arm /shoulder and I am more knowledgeable on the different exercises I can do to help my flexibility in my arm shoulder and neck.
From my first session with Donna I felt really comfortable and clear on the plan for my ankle. Donna took the time to explain everything in a way that I would understand and I ended up learning more about the ankle than I ever knew. I was able to work my way through the different exercises throughout my time and with each session, I could feel my ankle improving. Donna knew exactly how far to push me and was very honest with me in her assessment of me taking a break from playing football to give my ankle enough time to recover. This was my first experience with physiotherapy and thanks to Donna it was a pleasant one. I feel my ankle is much stronger and feel more confident going back to playing the game I love. Had Bhavya to help me with a shoulder injury. She was so friendly, helpful, patient and very strong for doing the deep tissue recovery. Definitely recommend her, she has such a positive vibe and energy.
Recently had one of the worst accidents in my 28 years of life and if it wasn't for Donna and her expertise I don't know where my body would be right now. And on top of Donna being really good at her job she's easy to speak to and explains everything in a way easy to take on. Very clean inside and I'm sure the other staff are just as lovely .
I was initially referred to Gabrielle prior to his return to Italy for what appeared to be a sciatic problem. However, following an extensive 3 week treatment, which saw an improvement in the symptoms, Charlotte took over. There has been a seamless transition and following the new comprehensive exercises provided, the cause of my discomfort has been centralised. Charlotte has come in with some very helpful feedback and new exercises which have reduced the symptoms further, much to my relief. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help and advice being provided, and can hopefully see the light at the end of the tunnel.
