Have gone to ICT Workshop for over 10yrs & they have always advised & helped with great patience & kindness. Nothing is too much trouble & their charges are very fair. Never hesitate to go to them for my computer & printer requirements. Amazing service - thank you Karl & Ben.

I do a lot of DIY and used to work in the computer industry, so when my daughter’s laptop failed to boot my instinct was to get under the covers to fix it myself. The hard drive appeared to have failed but I couldn’t be sure since the connector to the motherboard appeared dodgy. I could foresee the job burning into my weekend so I gave the ICT workshop a call. They were able to look at it immediately and confirm it was dead. We discussed a fix and the price was very fair – there are times in life when it’s nice to leave the problems to someone else to fix! I got a call two days later all done, new drive and rest of HW checked out; fresh Windows install. All done locally by a small caring business – would definitely use them again. Thank you Karl.

I had a problem with my MacBook speakers. They confirmed the problem and replaced the faulty component very quickly, and at a very reasonable price. They even fixed another cosmetic problem without me asking, and for no extra charge. Most impressed. Won't hesitate to use them again for any other computer problems.
