Tried 3 times to get a consultation and all 3 times the wrong doctor was arranged. Returning messages is very very slow and communicating poor. I had 3/4 different people contacting me and still no end result. I moved to Harley Medical. Very efficient and all booked in.
Had surgery done a few months ago by the hospital group. Worst experience. Still haven't had a post op even after calling numerous of times concerned of how they look. Had a app booked in and luckily called on the day to confirm to be told they hadn't even heard of me. Shocking service, poor plastic surgeons and very expensive. Best to look around before committing to this place. Called a few weeks after surgery to say my results weren't looking how they should, to be told my surgeon won't see me til 3 months, it's been now nearly 5.even after surgery I had to find the nurse to be discharged, nobody came to check on me once. Awful experience all round. Would never go back and would tell everyone to avoid!!! Quick enough to take your money then no interest after. And before surgery my surgeon was available and now apparently only works once a month from 11-2. Great for working people.
Service horrible, once they have your money they won't support you at all. They make empty promises. You will have to call and call for help if struggling. I am very disappointed without any hopes for future.
