Hi everyone according to my experience I wanted to give zero star to this service but there was no option. We had really bad experience with them.. Actually my Niece had some concerns with the paperwork which she wanted to sort out with Daniels Special Care before start. As Nothing was solved over the phone so we decided to visit at there office which is in Southampton. I drove almost half 3 hours to get there.On arrival we found that there was only one staff which was not seemed really happy to see us over there.She said you shouldn't come here, my manager is not here. She didnt help much. We came back, then we call on their office number second day... My niece just asked that did you have a look on my matterconcern. Which we can't even think... The both ladies started verbally threatning her. " you came yesterday why are you calling today, we will withdraw your sponsorship, we dont need you" the both ladies i dont wanna mention their names here was on and on. They even didnt gave her chance to speak. After this conversation i found that how unprofessional they are, who doesnt do respect others, how you can imagine to work with that kind of people. So please do some research before get too late. I really doesn't want anyone to be suffered like us.Many thanks.
