We decided to give this place a try again after new management had taken over and are glad we did. Stopped in for a Sunday roast. Portions we're great for the price and the Yorkshire pudding was massive! Apparently the chef makes it in a frying pan. Staff were attentive and friendly. Would have rated it 5 stars but the service was a little slow. Highly recommend them for a Sunday roast and will be going again.

New management have really stepped up. Fabulous new menu, great prices for very high quality. Great beers/wine. New management have added the service the decor and menu deserves. Well done. Highly recommended.

Under new ownership as of Feb 2018. Friendly landlord really putting an effort into providing good food at good prices. Worth a visit.
