Full Marks to Hopsack for saving the Toffurkey on Xmas ! John who organized the plan , the talented chef who made the delicious Mushroom Roast & Amy who went out of her way to deliver it to my door after work on Xmas Eve !! I like the shop there, i buy regularly, but somehow the customer service is odd. I'm a regular and there is no familiarity on the relationship, they made me feel new everytime i go. I went with my partner and he had the same feeling about the interaction of the staff, just distant. They give the information but that's about it, it's difficult to describe. The concept of the whole idea of this place makes you think it's like a nice friendly town shop , but i get a much colder vibe. I was there too late one time without noticing and i was made sure by slamming things and pushing boxes very fast that i was unwelcome at that time, instead of a warmer advise to help me with anything i might not find. So i asked what time they closed at and there was a loud and sharp NOW. Not being dramatic, i just like to spend money and be happy for it. I still like the product of the shop, veg a bit close to be off sometimes but it's organic so it's understandable.

Always so helpful and I am amased by their knowledge. They know so much about all their products and always so polite and helpful. Food is inspirational!
