I couldn’t recommend Personal Health highly enough. The team are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and supportive in providing and encouraging their patients through an exercise prescription plan. The physiotherapists really took the time to help me come up with a management plan for my neck pain that fit with my daily routine, and they motivated and supported me when my rehabilitation got challenging. Finally, the clinic is a bright and welcoming environment, and is also really accessible which is a big bonus!
I can't speak highly enough about Personal Health. From the very first contact I have felt supported and secure. The exercises were tailored for me and my particular restrictions. The supportive way they are delivered was so important for me, and it encouraged me to continue and integrated the exercises into my life. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have better mobility and better health.
I was very impressed with the team at Personal Health. I have attended Marion, Mark and Eoin over the past 3 years. They were extremely professional and supportive and have a deep knowledge and understanding of their chosen fields and the importance of exercise for all age groups.
The team at Personal Health have a great understanding and compassion for how prolonged illness, chronic pain and surgery can have a huge impact on your mobility and how you live your life. Andrew developed an Exercise Prescription Plan for me and all my problems. As I achieved one goal that was important to me we set our sights on the next. With his and other members of the team’s guidance, encouragement and constant support I have regained strength and greatly increased mobility. I am now living a life I never dreamed would be possible again. All this was achieved during COVID via Zoom another new skill so wherever you are living I would highly recommend the very kind and dedicated team at Personal Health.
I was referred by a rheumatologist to physiotherapist Andrew Dunne because of back and knee issues. Andrew suggested I do their exercise program to strengthen my back and regain fitness. Having worked with Andrew for over two years I can now do exercises I didn't believe I could achieve and my fitness levels have greatly increased. I would highly recommend Personal Health for their professionalism in a very friendly and supportive environment.
I’d like to share my experience with the staff of Personal Health and my personal physiotherapist Eoin Keating. They have a unique focus on rehab after accidents or illness. After I broke my knee tibia plateau fracture Eoin had me back walking in three sessions. Their expertise is matched by their enthusiasm. My self confidence in my ability to get back to normal activities was restored. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I attended Personal Health Physiotherapy in Rathmines, with a torn meniscus in my left knee. This is a hard to heal area as it has a poor blood supply. As a result of this injury I was guarding my knee and not walking properly for almost 6 months. When I started a 10 week program of complete body strengthening exercises with Eoin Lombard in Personal Health in Rathmines, the pain focus was removed from my knee, and my upper and lower muscles were targeted with high intensity exercises. At this stage 8 months later I have completed this program and I can cycle swim, walk, and am I fitter that I have ever been.
I had reached a stage in my life where my fitness levels were decreasing rapidly and I had an increasing list of aches and pains and limitations in movement. I have a history of back and knee problems which I am always afraid to aggravate. I signed up for the exercise programme in Personal Health with a view to improving my overall fitness under professional guidance. From my first session with Mark I knew I was in good hands. He assessed me thoroughly and started me on an programme of exercises and progressions specific to my needs, taking my limitations and abilities into account. I am delighted with the progress I have made. I am stronger than I have been in many years and have a general ease of movement I didn't expect to have again. This progress has been made by simply keeping to an evolving exercise programme which is very 'doable'. Mark has been professional, kind and always encouraging. I cannot recommend Personal Health highly enough.
I have had one-to-one physiotherapy sessions with Eoin Lombard in Personal Health and Fitness,Rathmines over the past few months.Previously,I attended an over-60's exercise class conducted by Marion Slattery,and when covid caused the suspension of this class, Marion suggested that we ,the participants might consider one-to-one sessions with physiotherapists in Personal Health and Fitness. I opted to do this and I'm very glad to have done so. Over four years ago I got a diagnosis of osteoporosis,and had a titanium screw inserted in my hip. While I made a complete recovery,my confidence was shattered,and my mobility was impaired. The sessions I have had with Eoin have boosted my confidence, he guides me through a series of exercises, records my progress on a tablet and encourages me always. I think that I am very fortunate to be able to avail of this excellent service, and I'm very happy to recommend it.Thank-you ,Eoin.Mary Gorman
February 2022, I started a program with Eoin at Personal Health for medical reasons. The program is a great support to me and its based on science, data and practical fitness sessions. I am happy to recommend Personal Health
