We had a very nice Sunday carvery here, with some nice little touches that we've not come across in the normal 'high throughput' carveries you find in most chains. Pork crackling that wasn't rubbery, roast parsnips & roast sweet potatoes, and cauliflower cheese made with cheese as well as cheese sauce, and grilled afterwards. Needles to say this is an independently run pub, and not a chain.
