Recently refurbished, a classic Holburn Bar with a modern community feel! We show all sports on our HD projector and 65" TV, two pool tables and a kitchen open 10am-9pm every day. With poker on a Monday and a free quiz on a Thursday this is the place to be every day of the week!

It’s heard to rate the service as most of the service is either you coming to the bar to order or order via the app. Due to that we didn’t get to experience any service as such to comment on it. The food was decent, we both felt like the chicken and the beef in the burger was slightly overcooked. There are plenty of different deals on the menu which means that it can be relatively cheap. Moving onto the atmosphere, standard pub atmosphere, plenty of TVs around to watch sports. The menu is sticky and the tables are too, sofas at the tables have a lot of crackling on the leather so doesn’t look great. The tables have protective layers peeling as well. Pets are allowed inside no problem.
First time in 41 years since I've been here.nVery busy bar with great atmosphere. Friendly bar.nService was great by Neil, Lewis and a wee waitressmichelle running around.nGreat pub food served hot.nLots of tv screens and pool tables.nExcellent.
We booked the Holburn function room for a work event where we had a limited budget and have been pleased with the whole experience. The space is large so suitable for a variety of events. Staff have been friendly and helpful throughout making the whole process easy and stress free. Cannot comment on food for this occasion but previously when I have been at the venue it has been great and good value for money. Staff on the night were experienced and kept checking in to ensure everything was going to plan. Would recommend for anyone looking for a function venue.
i ordered a rare steak today but it came out burnt and well cooked, asked the staff in a kind manner to see if it can be fixed and said sorry for being and issue he went back with the dish, but you know what chefs and bar staff are like behind closed doors when they don't want to deal with costumers so he came back saying the chef said it's okay because it is rare, rare is meant to be pink and raw in the middle, this clearly isn't, couldn't finish half of it because it was burnt too
Jayden and michele provide a five star service at the holburn bar. They pour mazing pints with a big smile on there face. Would recommend to rugby players and old folk. Also can you compliment my G split please?xx
