The pub had a great, truly Scottish atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and even put on the match we came to see. The food was reasonably priced and really tasty.
Love coming here has everything from amazing food, reasonable drink prices, lots of sport to watch and has the best staff in Aberdeen. David, Ross, Homer, Becca and every single member of the team always goes the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Great folk, lively atmosphere and even better service 11/10!

Following several hours in this historic establishment, I can report the most topping time. The steak and ale pie is absolutely smashing healthy filling and perfectly sturdy crust although the mash could possibly use a touch more pepper I accept this is purely a matter of tastenThe staff are most absolutely splendid! David and Becca prove to be wonderfully reliable in ensuring one needn't wait any longer than absolutely necessary for liquid refreshment.nMy only, very minor, complaint would be the particularly dour lady who served me my first pint who left me feeling like i'd interrupted her afternoon in order to receive the vital sustenance. Otherwise, top hole! Smashing place to visit.
Came up from Leeds for Weekend went in here to watch Leeds v West ham with my nephew who lives up here,Really enjoyed it,highly recomend it.
