Well,I have mixed feelings about this place. I had to pay £80 up front for potential ear wax removal. It turns out that only one of my ears had a tiny bit of wax on being shown, less than half a pea!! Sized bit of wax came out. Both ladies I saw were very friendly. However, the lady who greeted me and did my treatment was a 'trainee'! This was NOT explained, nor discussed with me on my initial introduction, and i actually had to confirm this fact during my treatment where they said, ohh, yes, sorry. Now the trainee lady was very nice, as was the senior lady, but this surely should have been explained when I first went in?? Now, £80 for the removal of a tiny bit of earwax is in my mind, a bit of a rip off! I asked whether a hearing test was included in the price, thle senior lady asked if I felt I "needed" it? I said I didn't particularly feel I need it, but given I'd explained what I do for a living, they might have guided me towards having a hearing test done....especially when the work was minimal on my visit in and out in less than 20 minutes and that I said my hearing hadn't been tested in years!!! I'm sorry, whilst the ladies were friendly and nice.....i certainly don't feel I had £80 worth of care and attention . I wasn't therefore offered a hearing test, and left £80 poorer and less a small piece of earwax Very disappointing given I thought I was going to the best place in town!
What an amazing premise to visit.absolutely spotless & wonderful staff.the kady who attended to me was brilliant all way through.seriously recommend it
This is a first rate company that transformed my life BUT Recently it's very hard to get through on the phone, so PLEASE sort out your phone lines and get a 5 Star rating again

My wife Patricia Griggs, has been experiencing a gradual loss of hearing but refused to do anything about it. However, her doctor examined her hearing recently and suggesting the need for her ears to be more active. As a consequence My wife visited The Hearing Care operation in Ipswich and is delighted at the immediate improvement in her hearing. She was see by Cora Ghatauray, and my wife cannot praise Cora enough.
I have attended the Hearing Centre in Ipswich twice in the last week, once for myself and today with my Mother. We are both very impressed with the level of care and professionalism given to us. The lady who carried out the procedure was excellent. The micro suction procedure was pain-free. After having the treatment we both found it very interesting being offered a view of our clean ears! We also enjoyed having a drink of coffee which was offered to us while we were waiting for the appointment. Thank you for your help.
I am pleased to note Conrad Carpenters comments about this place - where he calls the staff 'arrogant & belittling' - that's exactly the experience my mother encountered - though in the case of one person you could add the word 'liar' - which was proved by a subsequent visit to her by a paramedic !!! As a 96 year old women who has given this company somewhere in the region of £5,000 I feel she deserved something a lot better. For those who may be taken in by the glowing reviews - don't - their initial response is indeed very good & caring - this will change when they've got your money !!!!
Karen, Just wanted to pass on thanks for the appointment Donna, I and Mum had in Hadleigh today. Fortunately, Donna and I passed phew. However, the way Jason handled Mum's hearing issues and concerns regarding potential need for hearing aids was excellent. He not only came across as extremely professional, but his empathy and bed side manner were outstanding. Mum is going to need a little coaxing, as she was a little a naive as to the potential costs of the type of device which would suit her best, but hopefully we can help her to see sense. Thanks again.
