I bought my first car ever from Marcus James Cars at the end of April 2017. I found them via Autotrader and the posting for my car was accurate and honest with a lot of photographs. I booked in for a test drive over the phone and they let me have a good long one. When I found that the rear brake pads and discs needed replaced, they did it no problem and for no charge. The staff clearly know cars, Mark Thornton in particular helped me, and he was very happy to answer questions and didn't push for a hard sale or mislead me in anyway. They handled all the owner/keeper information with the DVLA for me too. Really pleased and impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.
