This is perfect for a family meal, especially where people may have different preferences or dietary requirements. My Nan had a Sunday roast with meat, whereas two of us opted for the vegan pie Sunday roast, and one had the vegetarian linguine. I can't speak for the meat, but the vegan pie was DELICIOUS!! All the vegetables were cooked beautifully, the gravy was perfect thickness and it was just the right amount of food to feel full without bursting!nThe waitresses were very helpful and friendly, too! We had a lovely afternoon and will definitely be back.
We visited for a late Sunday Lunch, as time was so late my expectations weren't high, I was expecting the offer of what was left over, what we received, a delicious Sunday roast, tasty roast potatoes, deliciously roasted beef, pork, turkey and plenty of perfectly cooked veg, just like home, staff were attentive, waiting times just enough to settle in, and cost was perfect for the quality, I highly recommend and we'll worth a visit. Gravy was amazing. Perfect.nCosts mentioned below include drinks desert and 3 meat roast with side order per person.nThank-you all.

Colin and Carly were perfect hosts.nnRefurbished 2 years ago to a very high standard and has a huge capacity indoor and outdoor seating / eating area with children's play area with climbing frame... Very large carparknnUnfortunately it is raining today but this place would be a great place to sit and enjoy the sunny weather with the kids.nnThere is a traditional open fire for the cosy nights and cold daysnnExtended selection of flavoured gins photo.nnEverywhere in this pub is of a really standard including the food.. I'm privy to go in the areas you can't see and chef has the right stuff no question...nnSpotlessly clean with everything labelled / monitored and recorded.nnEverything you'd expect for a professional kitchen... I would like to say a huge thank you to Ben and the team for looking after us yesterday for a wake. The buffet was brought out on time and was delicious. There was about 60 people and I cannot fault the service. Thank you for making sure everything went smoothly on a very sad day.
Had an amazing time hosting our Psychic Show at the hare & hounds. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The venue was well-prepared, and the staff, especially Ben, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A great place for events, and we can’t wait to be back!
