Me and my family have been going to this takeaway for over 30 years and we’ve never really had a bad order. The other night we decided we were going to order the chicken chow mein, chicken and sweetcorn soup, mini veg spring rolls, chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice. Everything was delicious and hot when we got home with it but have to mark them down on the black bean sauce as I did ask for it to be spicy and it wasn’t but that was the only thing wrong with the order. The chicken chow mein has always been good from here and I rarely go anywhere else for it. Overall I’d give it a solid 8/10.
We always used this takeaway, but the food has gone down hill like their hygiene certificate. I thought I would see if they have improved, but sadly no, the chips where only half cooked and the gravy was pale and stogy. Not for me ever againFood: 1/5
Ordered on Justeat. They tried to deliver to the wrong house. It took two phone calls to get it delivered, way way late. The vegetable spring rolls and vegetable chow mein were inedible. They tasted sour like they were going off or had been cooked in oil that was off, or both. They left a foul taste in my mouth and both dishes ended up in the bin. Do not use this restaurant Vegetarian options: Vegetable spring rolls and vegetable chow mein were awful. They were inedible and ended up in the bin. I can't get rid of the foul taste they left in my mouth
We order with one of the delivery places so can't speak for the service inside but this is our go-to for Chinese over in Leyland.Food: 5/5
The food was very poor, lacking quality ingredients and was immeasurably disappointing. There are many places that will be better than here.Food: 1/5
Great food, friendly service. ordered sweet and sour chicken balls in the shop and didnt wait long to say they were extremely busy Saturday 6pm, they were lovely, prawn crackers were the best I've tasted well cooked. Picked a menu up to try something different next time. Keep up the good work.
As a local I am always left dissapionted with the very unfriendly customer service of the lady who runs this establishment. However at weekends there is one young lady who is a delight and is fantastic with customers and I hope she is appreciated by the owners as she is the only reason this place gets a star. The food is at best average and the prices have escalated dramatically in a very short time. I would love a boycott of this place by its regulars so prices maybe brought back down realistically and good customer service given by the lady who seems to run the shop being happy that she is getting our hard earned money.
Food is nice, price is fair, the delivery driver is dodgy. Every time he drops off an order he asks for £1 delivery, even though you've payed delivery charge online. He's just trying to chance his luck to get money out of you. Don't give him a penny.
If I could give zero star I would the chips was white and hard the chow main was so dry we had to use curry sauce to try to eat it and the spring rolls was sooo fat u had to cut them in half when I rang up to complain the woman told me to bring it in to show Her!!!!I got it delivered if I was round the corner I would of picked it up sooo rude. Stop and use somewhere else for better food and customer service
We ordered online and they accepted the order and card payment, then 5 minutes later cancelled the order stating we'll get a refund in 4-5 working days. We phoned up and they told me the driver was running 20 minutes late.. I would have waited an extra 20 minutes but they didn't even have the curtesy to phone and let me choose, they just cancelled it. Really poor service.
