Very poor customer service and unprofessional staff. I had an appointment and despite this, the staff gave my appointment to a different person and didn't even e-mailed me about the cancellation. Their excuse was that it was a system problem. Although they knew my appointment was made first, instead of calling the other client, they decided to cancel my appointment. It has already happened to other members of my family therefore I recommend a different hairdresser.

Not serious. They do not respect the opening times. I arrived two hours before they were supposed to close the barber and despite this I was told that they were going to close before time, with no public information, about the early shut, and not customer friendly trying to find a solution.

Very good and the people are very friendly with the service and they really enjoyed it and they were very helpful in making the work of the highest standards of care
