I had to change my appointment twice once as it did not need doing and the 2nd time as ny son has a hospital appointment . The hairdresser there who is good and very nice said that I may loose my deposit but she would chat to the manager. As the salon is practically my neighbour I pooped in. I have no problem with loosing my deposit as I have changed my appointment which is in 4 weeks time. However the way the manager doike to me was like I was child and she was a school teacher. Her skills in public relations are shocking especially as I was happy loose my deposit just wanted her decision on this so I could book someone else to do my hair if necessary. I had a lot of respect for this hairdressers and recommended it to other people in the area and even my wider network. Loosing a deposit is just life but majors cost nothing.

Went once before for a quick cut. Nice inside and got a fairly decent cut.

Really pleased with my first visit here! Friendly and polite staff who actually LISTEN to what you want! I am coming here from now on! Would definitely recommend this for both men and women!
