Story

The Company Outcast Hairdressing Salon

We choose to share time and space. We do this so that we may grow to understand how we may contribute to the team and the results that will enrich us both.

To give you a bit of back ground to the salon, below is a brief history of Outcast, the story so far…

Outcast opened in September 1998, by Carlo Cardinale. The salons success has been built upon its relationships with the clients and customers of Outcast. Outcast strongly believes in 5 star customer service and we are always striving to give you the best experience. Carlo (salon director) and Vicky (salon manager) are both international members of the Paul Mitchell education team travelling around educating other hair designers. All this amazing information they receive translates directly back to the team here at Outcast hair where it gets educated to them and used on all our guests.

Walked in earlier today (a Saturday afternoon) to ask if I could have my hair washed, cut & blow dried. Luckily, there was a slot available within an hour and Carlo cut my hair. The staff are friendly, accommodating and even the simplest things are presented with style - ask for a glass of water and you'll see what I mean. Carlo is very good - he rectified a botched job that another hairdresser had made (different salon) and I'm happier with my hair now. You get what you pay for :)

Absolutely amazing! :) Really listened to the hair colour and style I hoped to achieve, I'm so delighted with the result, thank you so much. Outcast are officially my fave hair salon, they use animal friendly products (Paul Mitchell) and leave your hair feeling so shiny and soft every time! I've been a customer since October and the last time I walked home I honestly had three people compliment me and ask me where I get my hair done...Outcast is my answer! ;) Super friendly place to be, fab building, awesome choice of things to read and they even have their own refreshments bar! Can't wait for my next appointment...which is soon, running late now lol sorry Outcast! xox
