Good gym with good equipment. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this gym to people. It can be quite busy so it’s best to come early 9am -2pm quite empty or late evenings 9pm -00:00. 1am -4am very dead if you prefer to be alone.

The Gym Group is a very friendly gym, all the staff are very welcoming and kind, especially James, a PT. He has helped me out a few times at the gym and is very knowledgeable, approachable and kind. He clearly knows what he is doing and is eager to answer any questions I have had and has helped show me how some machines work. Very kind worker

I'm a physio working with a brain injured client tentatively getting into the gym. They didn't put up any barriers the manager Rob went out of his way to assist this young man by making access for him his carers and therapy staff as easy as possible. And now he is thriving thankyou. The staff were friendly supportive and the range of equipment was Brill.

Great gym but there was a big lack of hand sanitiser/clean wips to use on all the equipment. It's an easy fix. Would like to go back when it's been resolved.

Great gym, nice atmosphere and well equipped, very reasonably priced. I've been going for 3 years and always enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable and their classes always fun.

Great gym and lots of equipment. Huge thanks to James Stansfield for being a fantastic personal trainer! Super friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking to level up their fitness in 2024!

Gymgroup Stockport is a clean gym. The classes conducted here are friendly and  not intimidating for new joiners.  Dean is my PT as well as  my habit coach.  He pushes me to go beyond what i think as a boundary. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging.

Libby is an amazing coach. Very knowledgeable and caring. She makes you feel comfortable and included. Gym could do with being updated - ladies toilets leave a lot to be desired.

I really enjoy the classes, they are varied and all  the instructors are engaged so you get the best from them. James, Libby, Freya, Allie, Joel, Dean and Jacob work hard to make sure you are working effectively and safely to get the best from your workout.

Straightforward gym. Has machines of all varieties and changing rooms and shower. Decent price but can get cramped at peak hours and only has basic amenities. But for a simple gym user ticks all boxes. People that go are fine, no hassle, no aggro.
