If you want a free swim go along any weekday evening between 4 and 7. All you need is a child and you won't be challenged. This is because that's when the swimming lessons are on. Your meant to pay and get a wrist band but they never check if you have one or not. As a member I find this situation really annoying but if the staff are so unprofessional and lax in their duties and the management don't deal with complaints so who wouldn't take advantage.

Great family friendly atmosphere. Superb studio for group classes and the fanciest sauna/ steam room in the area.

parking is terrible. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good equipment and the place is kept clean. Showers are very hot and have been for the last 12 months. Too hot for me and my 5 yr old.. I have mentioned it twice and asked for feedback via email however, the showers are still scorching and no feedback received.
