Worst experience nevertheless ! Send an enquiry via their member contact us form and never got an answer . Wanted to cancel in my rightful 14 days cooling of period .. such a disappointment! Been charged monthly membership fee (21.99) plus joining fee(5) after a mistake , in 2 days contacted them and never got a response . Money well spent , ! Such bunch of thieves ! Avoid this place or get robbed . If there were negative stars, most defo would ve chosen that!

Overall good atmosphere and good equipment. Value for money. Staff presence increasingly limited. But PTs helpful and friendly. Limited mat areas especially during group class sessions. Machine maintenance could be better. AC temperature sometimes set by staff to be too high (21C) resulting in it being too humid and warm for workout. So sometimes need to repeatedly complain to get it set to the gym code temperature of 19C. Lockers often left locked when people are off premises. Seems a recurrent problem of water overflow, blockage from downstairs disabled changing room resulting in it not being available for extended periods. No long term solution to this has been found and I suspect sought!

Awful gym don't join up, the manager on a power trip. The staff make you feel uncomfortable and very unprofessional. Fire safety test was taking place and no prior warning was given to the customers and was told to leave the gym half naked and because i refused they've suspended my account. Join leisure centre gym

It can be a Good place to work out. At first I had a disappointment with the classes, because if there is only one member of staff during the mornings they may not be able to do them, as I was told by one of them. However in the evening they tend to happen, not many people join, which also seems to be the problem. Better to join online and not using their machine, because it can fail last minute after you put all your bank details in, don't trust it. Best classes are HIIT and Core training, with Sandra, Charles, or Connor which are the best. They are commited to do the class even if you are the only one there.
