It used to be a 5 star review but recently parking rules have made the gym impractical for me and I suspect a lot of other people too. Before the parking used to be free but now there is a 1 and a half hour limit. This is ridiculous especially considering the gym is touted as a 24 hours but we are restricted to only being allowed to work out for a short period of time before we are fined 70 pounds. This is besides the fact that the price of the membership has also increased but the equipment has not been updated at all. I will be switching gyms as I simply cannot work out in peace anymore.
I've been going here for just over half a year now and overall the Gym has Great Staff, Great Equipment and is Very clean. The Gym goers are also very friendly and create a supportive environment!nnDuring my first week, Anita was very helpful in helping me activate my PIN.nDerek also gave me a great induction and some great advice to get started!nnBut by far the best thing about the Gym Group is My PT Kevin Lee-Simion. Thanks to his support and guidance, I've made outstanding progress and also increased my confidence in the gym massively.nnHe pushes me every session! I always feel like I gave my all and made the most out of every session. He's always happy to answer all my questions both during our session and when I see him around the gym. He motivates me to reach my fitness goals! I could not have asked for a better PT!
Amazing gym, all IT'S are amazing! Tanya has been so helpful and supportive. You couldn't find a better home gym than Kingsbury. The atmosphere and vibe is great! Our morning sessions are so energetic. Happy Sunday all
Worst gym ever The people who work here are totally mannerless. They dont greet you and out of nowhere they come to you and ask you to open your phone and put a review for them. Thats not how these review system works i guess. And when i told him he was like learn some manners. I would say teach your staff how to meet and greet people then asks for review from customers!!
This gym is great location, easy parking and has most machines required.nnI’ve used Dereck for the past 6 months and he is fab. Always smiling, friendly and very very helpful. He has so much knowledge and can help push you in the right direction to meet your personal goals. I would recommend him and the gym Kingsbury!
