Basic gym, classes are great if they ever actually ran them when they are supposed to run them. I have booked class twice when no instructor shows up because there maybe only 2 or 3 who book classes during the day. No app to book classes, I really miss Pure Gym but this is the easiest gym to get to from where I live at a reasonable price with parking availability.

Standard copy and paste version of other Gym Group branches however, having been a member of various branches I can say the staff here are what make for an unenjoyable and unefficient workout experience. If they spent less time staring at themselves or customers' arses and more time doing their actual job of tidying the weights area and gym floor in general, as well as encouraging members to rerack weights then they might produce a half decent gym. To the managers of Kingsbury/The Gym Group, tell me, if your own staff members don't know how to rerack weights then how do you expect customers to do so?! Either retrain your staff in how to run a gym or rehire with an added caveat in the job description of "knowledge of good gym etiquette desirable". Please and thank you.

It has your basic gym equipment. Treadmills and ellipticals, as well as other cardio equipment, is usually available. Weight machines are pretty busy and the actual free weights are usually available. Biggest disappointment is there is not a separate studio for classes which is annoying for when you want to workout individually AND for when you want to join a class. Classes are also infrequent and not a lot of variety in terms of classes or exercises done.
