Atmosphere and overall gym is good, I haven't been to all the classes so it could be just the classes that I've been too, but the classes are hit and miss. Went circuit ,abs last week and it was good , went today different lady and didn't enjoy it very much ,Went to a box fit class and no boxing was involved.. I do sometimes go to the legs bums and tum class,/boot camp and the instructor is v good, For me the classes needs to be more upbeat.motivating and some what fun. not a p.t session with music .. it's a shame as the gym is convenient for me,I prefer to go classes then working out on the gym floor but. was highly annoyed that I paid for a day pass for a specific class and ended up walking out the class. ;(

Love this gym because it's local and has a ladies only mini gym. Lots of range of classes and it's quite spacious .

The gym is okay depending on the hours you choose to go, some of the staff are great, others are rude as hell. I have almost had two altercations with two pts, and one of them decided to forcefully take the weights off of me, but I didn't retaliate because of the fear of my membership being suspended. The old management didn't do anything about this, and were inconsiderate, but hey what can you expect from a low budget gym such as this one :)
