I have recently went back to the gym after stopping for too long. With work, family life and just life in general I couldn’t get my head in the game to get back.nnSince joining gym dock again I have never felt so comfortable in a gym. Everyone has been so kind a friendly to me. Even going as far as knowing my name. I know this doesn’t sound like a big thing but when you go into the gym and the person at the desk says hello followed by your name you feel you belong.nnThe time and effort yous have put into the gym is honestly amazing. Yous are never done making changes and adding more equipment. You take on board every persons opinions and push for a better gym. I can honestly say I’ve never went in and it be untidy or things lying everywhere which you get at a lot of other gyms.nnYous should be immensely proud of what yous have achieved not only for the gym but the community of Ballynahinch.nnA town with a history like many others but in gymdock no one cares who are what you are. Everyone is there for the same goal to better themselves. Every age and gender. I couldn’t recommend the wee gym enough.nnTruly it has helped me bettering myself with all the equipment and opening hours I simply couldn’t fault itnnI know how much time and effort yous put into the gym and the fact it is family run and not a big chain gym every person feels like they are a part of the bigger picture

Brilliant gym, always new equipment being added. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Owner is a gentleman. Would absolutely recommend. Has a shop as well for supplements and supplies that are reasonably priced.

This is definitely the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of training in, With terrific staff giving you support and guidance when on any of the training sessions. Robert, Chris, and the rest of the PT. Staff are a wealth of Knowledge, experience, and Support.nYou only have to ask if not sure!nGreatly appreciated, Ian. ‍

Best gym I have been to. You can always get onto any piece of equipment straight away, no hanging around waiting for somebody to come off the treadmill etc as its too busy like iv had to do in other gyms. Owner Rab appreciates every customer and is always so welcoming, he knows every client on a first name basis and always stops for a chat, which is rare these days with business owners. First class service and gym, glad to be a member of it. Highly recommend!

Unreal gym definitely will be back. So much choice in the way of machines and a real bodybuilding gym  loved it!
