Appalling treatment from swimming pool staff and management that myself and my daughter who has a severe learning disability and ASD were subjected to in this place. No duty of care towards any of their customers. Staff and manager were rude and uncompassionate. Horrific experience. I emailed a letter of compliant to customer services to which I received no response, which isnt surprising given the lack of customer service from staff and management here. I wouldn't step foot in the place again. A highly distressing experience for both my daughter and myself. Avoid at all costs!!

toilets was not working half of the timenpeople parked in disabled spaces with no badge up  and watched  people who needed it  couldn't get into it

I've deleted/edited my earlier negative review. Person on the front desk was very friendly today with a jolly Christmas jumper. The pool has good showers. Narrower lanes would be better with lifeguards ensuring people are swimming in the right lane, but I'm not a regular here so I can't dictate policy, can I?nnNew update: good lane swim today with minimal nonsense

First time visiting. Great welcome, great facilities, great value.

As a gym member, this is one of the best gym memberships going. Staff always on hand to help. The equipment and rooms are regularly cleaned. Always a friendly and welcoming environment for service users of all capabilities.
