I've been going to The Gym Altrincham since it first opened. It has a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. I attend the early morning classes and have small group sessions with Mani on Monday and Wednesdays. Mani varies his classes and instructs you on every exercise. I have become so much stronger and through consistency I no longer suffer with pain in my shoulders and can now do a full press up. I would recommend the Gym Altrincham and PT sessions with Mani.

I've been a member at Gym Group Altrincham for years and love it there. Currently having small group Hyrox PT sessions with Mani twice a week and they are brilliant. Mani is dedicated, friendly and thoughtful in his approach. The sessions are always well planned and fun. The sessions always go really quickly and we have a great laugh in the process. We have all become stronger from doing these sessions and our stamina has hugely improved. Thanks Mani!

I have been member of the gym Group for Years now. For the past 7 months I have joined Mani's small group for Hyrox Training PT.nMani is brilliant. He mentors and inspires us to give our very best. When I started out, I was not at all strong. But doing the sessionsnwith Mani has helped me a lot. He understands our strength and weaknesses and encourages us to work on them.nWe can't thank Mani enough for this. His positive approach is very inspiring. Thanks Mani !

Very nice gym clean all time all staffs are friendly and respectful. I have Mr Mani as PT for four months now he is the most professional personal trainer I had in my life I had two sessions in week full of attention and mental health support and nutrition advice with more tips and advice for your health and mental. With him you can reach your goals and dreams. Thanks so much Mani

Great Gym. Good atmosphere. Often go to classes and trainers are all committed /work hard. Alex is my P/T and most importantly he is a really nice bloke. Really interested in his clients and set a really good plan for me which significantly improved my fitness. Due to personal circumstances had to stop lessons but will start again this week and will continue with Alex for foreseeable future.
