Story

CrossFit Altrincham.
Monday to Friday CFA has 7 CrossFit classes each day. Each class will include a skill element and a Work Out of the Day (WOD) which are programmed around weight lifting, gymnastics and aerobic exercises.

All new CrossFit members must take part in a 'Fundamentals' class on a Saturday 11.00-12.00 before taking part in the classes or coming along for the Open Gym sessions.

I would 100% recommend this gym! Such a great community and the guys really help you to achieve your goals and improve overall fitness and strength. I've been going to the gym for years and doing the same old thing - joining crossfit Altrincham enabled me to get out of the gym rut and push myself harder to gain strength. The trainers are so passionate and really know their stuff. Everyone there is so welcoming so it makes getting to the gym even more enjoyable!

What can i say I love this place. I have never worked so hard in my life and had so much fun. The coaches are excellent. Very knowledgeable and so so encouraging. If members have asked for something extra they have delivered for example adding a yoga class. Plus much more. I have been coming since they opened and the results are amazing. Not to mention the things I have achieved and the weights I can now lift with confidence. Not bad for a young girl over 50. That coupled with an amazing group of people, everyone is so friendly and supportive. You have to give it a go.😀😀

Great gym filled with great people. I have been a member for almost a year now and without doubt get a great workout with each and every session. The coaches are great and the programing can be altered to fit anybody. I have never worked so hard, lifted so heavy or laughed so much with any other gym I've been to! Thank you CFA!

A brilliant place to workout. Fantastic trainers who know their stuff and a great atmosphere with some awesome people. Would highly recommend trying if you are looking for extra motivation and something new. Suitable for everyone from beginners to advance athletes.

Joining this gym was one of the best things I did nearly a year ago! The workouts are always different so you never get bored. As someone who struggles with confidence issues, the coaches really help to push you and convince you that you can do it! It's a great community with no egos. Definitely suitable for everyone of any fitness ability.
