I had been waiting for an appointment and they called and told me there was a cancellation which was very helpful. I am very grateful for this. The Hygienist I saw was finished in around 20mins was very ruff and then blamed me for it because she said I’d missed an appointment which I did not. I went somewhere else prior to this visit, where I could get an appointment. Was not worth £72 for sure. Was rushed in and out. This surgery has gone down in standards generally since the days of Mr Makrides who retired a while ago sadly. They don’t seem to care about what they are doing.
I have been with the practice for many years now, lovely place, always clean with a toilet for patients. The service is extremely good, always felt welcomed, all procedures explained in advance thoroughly as well as the prices, no nasty surprises. Highly recommend the practice.
I have seen 2 of the dentists here and the hygienist recently and they're all fantastic, so are their dental nurses. The clinic is clean welcoming and lovely, the hygienist was so affordable and friendly and she did a fantastic job on my tea stained teeth, I normally hate going to the dentist but I am so glad I found this place. Even the receptionist was great and really helpful!!!
If you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable dentist I highly recommend you to make this your clinic. Especially my doctor at the practice - Aniqa Ahmed, very gentle and highly skilled. Definitely 5 stars from me!

Extremely friendly and professional, the receptionist, the dentist and the assistant dentist were all brilliant.
Based on my 1st visit after a long 5 year break from this dentist at another dentist the examination and diagnosis for further treatment was thorough and competent and above all honest with nhs pricing and limitations ie some things not covered by nhs I found them very helpful in reaching decisions something I could not say at my last surgery was clear but sometimes felt evasive on pricing and procedures and also difficult to get emergency treatment hence why I have returned to this surgery . “ the grass is not always greener on the other side 2nd appt update Just had a scale and clean very impressed with the hygenist gave me an option of a new system which I can only describe as a miniature jet wash pretty impressed

Lovely, welcoming staff. Very informative doctor. I feel comfortable so I will be proceeding with full treatment there. So far so good.
I had an extraction at another dentist, and it developed a swelling. I called my practice the Grove Dental and got an appointment immediately. On getting there, I saw Ariella, my assigned dentist who did a thorough check and x-ray. She reassured me that it was the gums feeling poorly and needed more time and care. She asked me to continue with the care routine, and hopefully, all should be well. I love the way I got an appointment quite quickly and the service received. Ariella was very careful when checking on the tooth that was problematic. She also sorted out another tooth with issues. I highly recommend the practice. My children are very happy when they have their appointments and so I am!
