Have gone here my whole life. Always really good service, and have enjoyed being with Chris the last 5 years or so
I, and my family have been going here for years. Obviously a bit of a gap occurred with covid, and, as my own dental health is pretty good, and I knew that dentists must be working their way through a pretty big backlog, I didn’t rush in after restrictions were lifted. Big mistake. When I did pop in to make an appointment, the receptionist appeared delighted to inform me that they had kicked me off their books for not attending for a year or two. No attempt to contact me apparently emailing clients to inform them was ‘too complicated’. I think they like to get rid of any NHS patients over 50. So: bye bye dental care.
They never answer there phone
