Rearranged tables for 8 bikers that stopped Sunday afternoon even though we said we were only there for a quick drink. The menu looked good so some of us also had lunch and the food was great. Good prices too. Well situated on one our favourite routes so we'll definately be back

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Attentive, responsive and efficient. Baby/toddler friendly as well with toys and baby chairs available. Only given 4 stars as a sandwich cost just short of £7 whilst a weekday meal cost around £10 which seemed disproportionate and based on London prices despite being in Dorset.

Excellent service. Room very good. Breakfast excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Very friendly, accomodating staff. Food was ok - although portions a little on the small side for the money (especially the fish and chips). Rooms are comfortable enough - but if possible I would recommend staying at the back since the road can be quite noisy.

Loved this place, the people are so friendly, rooms comfortable, food and beer good. Would have got a five star if we hadn't been given twin bed instead of double, and the only spare double was on the main road side!
