Has to be my favourite bar/pub eatery in Shaftesbury. Nice coffee, great food menu, excellent a well thought out wine list & views to take your breath away. Good ales, ciders & largers. The staff are charming & the management good. A very good group of locals that make visitors to this historic town welcome

What a little gem this place is. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was amazingly well put together; I had lamb shoulder roast on a Sunday. The terrace is a little sun trap with absolutely breathtaking views. On a chilly yet sunny November Sunday, we still managed to eat outside. There is a sign offering warm blankets and mulled cider aswell. What a great little place!

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately my wife ordered pate and it was inedible so we had to return it. The staff were very apologetic and removed it from the bill. This may have been a isolated problem. My fishcake was delicious.

Local pub. Average food. Friendly atmosphere. Busy in the season. One of the better pubs in Shaftesbury.

Lunch with partner today. Best fish and chips we have had in a long time. Bar staff very friendly An enjoyable visit.
